Emergency Financial Assistance
No one thinks they will need emergency financial assistance. Yet on average, 64% of Americans do not have enough cash to cover a $1,000 emergency.
Rhea County residents facing financial crises sometimes turn to We Care Emergency Assistance for help. The program is funded in part by the Dayton Ministerial Association's Thanksgiving Fund, the Dayton Electric Department's Warm Neighbors program and your support.
We Care may be able to assist or help find assistance for:
-
emergency assistance & housing
-
paying rent
-
utility bills
-
paying for prescription medications
Consider a donation. Your $50 donation could help a family pay their electric bill this month when they can’t make ends meet.
